Review on TrueDark Twilights Classic Hacking Blocking by Katie Morgan

Yes, these work. Good for Vision

I have attended several seminars on natural health and healing to prevent disease, chronic fatigue, increase energy, etc. A constant message no matter who you listen to is the importance of SHA! Several doctors and experts have specifically recommended red glasses for night use and yellow glasses for day use. I doubt I'll be able to break my bad habit of watching TV or checking email before bed, so I tried these glasses instead so the activity at least wouldn't disrupt my circadian rhythm. They work amazing. I fall asleep MUCH faster, like 20-30 minutes of screen time instead of 1-2 hours. I live in the city no matter where I go my house gets light from the outside through the blinds so I slept in it which is perfect. They are very comfortable with soft rubber on the inside around the eye piece to keep light off the edges. I sleep on my back so they were very comfortable and when I woke up they were in place. I was able to sleep through the night waking up usually 3-4 times. I wake up naturally at 8am, which is the perfect time, and feel rested for the first time in a long time. I was skeptical but took the money because I have had so many sleep issues and many educated sleep students I trust have highly recommended them. Well it definitely worked for me. For those who have complained about side light leakage, I haven't had this problem. It may be the shape of your face but I have a fairly large round head for a woman and they fit my face perfectly blocking the light from the sides.

Pros
  • REDUCES EYE STRAIN - TrueDark Twilights lenses are strategically designed through research and technology using clear, durable, prescription-grade polycarbonate lenses. This results in true light clarity and consistent blocking of harmful blue, green and violet unwanted light from electronics during nighttime use, effectively reducing eye strain.
Cons
