Oh my goodness. Where to start? I was so excited to use these because my daughter loves the pouches from the store, but I decided I wanted to make my own baby food and use these pouches instead. I started making the homemade food to go in the pouches and these pouches would NOT seal properly and would leak everywhere! It was SO frustrating putting so much time and work just for it to be wasted. I contacted customer service and it was a nightmare. They told me "When using properly and sealing correctly, they assure me their product will not leak…” Like I’m an idiot and don’t know how to seal a pouch. Instead of recognizing there may be a flaw in their product, or even just a defective batch, they want to just blame the buyer. Ridiculous. ALSO my daughter cut her mouth and was bleeding because of these pouches. Since then I have bought the Tifanso pouches and have worked amazing. You get 12 for the same price! These you only get 4! Stay far away from these!
