Let me start by saying that I had much higher expectations for these "premium" headphones. I was looking for good quality headphones to use while exercising. The processing quality is not satisfactory. The sound quality is also quite decent, although I personally find the sound quality of the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless to be better, both on the originals and on the 2nd version (I own both versions). The E8 Sport earbuds are quite comfortable in my opinion, I was a bit worried about the comfort based on some of the other reviews. My biggest issue with the E8 Sport, and the reason I had to return them, was that I couldn't use the headphones to make calls, even through third-party communication apps (Skype, Zoom, Teams, etc.). .). The headphones will start playing a kind of chime 30 seconds after the call. The issue was not resolved after using 2 copies of the headphones, thanks to Revain's customer-centric policy. B&O tech support was unable to resolve the issue after several weeks of back and forth. It is not yet known if the problem was limited to a specific batch (hardware) or if it is some kind of software bug. So if your use case is listening to music, perfectly decent headphones if you need to use them for communication then look for alternatives.
