Ordered size 6-7 for my niece who is 7 times slimmer (she is tall for her age, slim build) for a special occasion. It fits perfectly. A tie can be added around the empire waist to loosen up a white or floral bandage, depending on the occasion. Material - Poly blend overlay and polyester sewn under the jumpsuit. Haven't washed it yet so can't comment on how it looks after washing, but I would definitely wash it on the gentle cycle so it doesn't snag.
