It has a properly flared bottom for turning, please note that it is long. My daughter wears one inch heels and she mentioned stepping on the dress here and there. She felt so fashionable and mature in it. My ONLY complaint is that I wish the chest lining was sewn to the top a little higher. It covered what was needed, but if it were higher the top wouldn't pull on her breasts, making her red and annoying. She is sensitive to touch but was able to get through it because she felt so beautiful. I would recommend this to everyone! She got so many compliments.
