My teenage son has yellowed teeth. After two sessions I noticed a difference, after five I was amazed at how good his teeth looked. He does a five-day treatment, then takes a break and repeats the treatment. So far he has completed three five-day sessions of 5 minutes each. I was so impressed that I immediately ordered a second set. I'm older and have an overbite so the guard doesn't fit snugly around my teeth. I reset the timer and do 2 5 minute sessions. I'm noticing a difference, although not as dramatic as my sons, and I love how my teeth look after treatment. I have no idea if the more expensive sets are any better, but it serves our purpose.
