I'm ordering the whole set (keyboard protector, screen protector, protective case and carrying case) for my new MacBook Pro Air A2877 that arrived a few days ago. The package arrived the next day and that's great there I didn't want to use the laptop until it was protected The carrying case fits my MacBook securely with a protective case but I had trouble applying the screen protector after an hour Tiny bubbles are still covered by the screen, the top corner on the lower case fits right but not left. It also didn't show the Apple logo (due to the pattern I chose. I contacted customer service with photos and feedback. Someone got back to me within hours and sent a replacement case and screen protector. I have them Received in a week.I'm happy to say the screen protector is much easier to install and I only have to pop a few bubbles sste kov. The case works much better and fits securely. The Apple logo shows that MOSISO gives me the option to get a case in a different color. I choose lilac gray and yes it shows up. I have been ordering MOSISO products for Macbook Pro and Air accessories for our family for many years. I am generally satisfied with the quality of the products. This is the first time I am contacting support. The way they deal with problems has not disappointed me. I will continue to recognize the brand
