I gave myself this drone in the fall of 2017, which I've been saving for quite a long time. When I received it I took it flying and immediately one of the batteries in the charger started flashing red. That means they sent me a defective battery. I contacted Revain and they sent me a $20 credit to offset this (unfortunately the batteries for these were $40 or more so I couldn't replace them). So. I started flying on the remaining battery and I really liked it! The product works great, it's a lot of fun and fast. I've flown it about 20 times and it was about 11 minutes flight time. Then there were many life changes and winter, and when I took out my drone and battery in spring 2018, the remaining working battery flashed red. I didn't have working batteries. I emailed Parrot through the app and never received a reply. It was within my six month battery warranty. There were some other major changes in my life, I moved house and got a new job. When things finally calmed down a bit, I took my drone out again and tried charging one of the batteries, but none worked. So I reached out to Parrot a few weeks ago thinking they would either send me a new battery or at least give me a coupon for a new one. Instead, I get an email saying I'm absent for six months and I'm not getting anything. There is not even an apology for the bad experience and defective item. I emailed a few more times and the emails got worse and more derogatory. They weren't even nice to me about my situation. Expect a great product, batteries that don't last long and don't expect support for your product. I no longer buy from them.
