Just what I needed at home!
I have been imagining myself doing sit-ups and crunches at home for the longest time. I finally ordered the same mat I use at thr gym and now it's reality! It provides the lower back support needed and cushions the tail bone. I like the fact that it folds in half and can be stored out of sight under the couch or bed. Exactly what I had expected ππ»
