Well, it's definitely handy to have. I bought this for my car for my rear-facing toddler because kids living in Florida get burned in the back seat even with air conditioning. Firstly, I don't find the battery life that great and secondly, be careful with your hair when working on your neck. A single hair can tangle a fan blade and cause it to stop working. Turns out the cap isn't removable (I didn't want to break it by pulling hard) so getting the hair out to get it working again is almost impossible. Luckily I used tweezers and it wasn't wrapped too tightly and could be pulled out. I like the flexible side so you can spin the fans in different directions, but they are not strong enough to stay and stay healthy. I think it was a great purchase that we tried to use on a very hot day at an amusement park and was great until it died lol. There were three speeds, which was amazing, but it's a bit noisy, but then again, it sits right below your ears.
