We pack biscuits in transparent mini bags. There are many good clear bags that are self-adhesive for regular cookies and they are reasonable and I've bought all sorts of sizes to do just that. However, we do have delicious apricot cold biscuits that are tender in nature and slightly gooey with apricot filling. I bought several flat bottom pouches and had to send them back. I was looking at see-through macaroon-type boxes - expensive - and other options when these pillow-like packs with a small see-through window popped up. There are also regular types of pillows without a window, but of course you want people to see what's in the box. You are perfect. It takes a little while to prepare them. I'll glue the closed end now and most likely the other end when I actually fill them in. But they are the perfect size and provide strong packaging to protect these types of cookies. I only ordered a pack of 36 to see them but just ordered a second pack when I tested them. They are sturdy, do the job, and are reasonably priced compared to other options.
