This is my second strap and I find it easier to carry in the field so I can secure and access the camera. This strap is much better than the previous one for the following reasons: 1. This strap does not close the battery cover (I have 80D). The previous strap had to be removed to access the battery.2. The bottom mounting plate of the strap is designed in the shape of a Swiss arc, making it very easy to attach to a tripod without removing the strap from the camera. A word of caution here, and the only thing I would have liked would have been safety pins on either side of the plate to prevent the camera from slipping off the tripod if the main mount detaches. There is another threaded hole in the plate which allowed me to attach the Arca-Swiss plate with safety pins. A little addicting but it works. This is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, I find no defects in Gurt.3. An additional hand strap makes it very safe even in rough terrain. The plate also allows you to attach a larger harness, such as a shoulder harness. It has a locking hinge that is at a 90 degree angle to the panel. This plate allowed me to omit a separate plate for the shoulder strap and greatly improve compatibility efficiency. The overall quality appears to be very good. I don't expect it to last ten years, but it's a product worth the price.
