The ability to see what was delivered, where it came from (courseware) etc has been really beneficial in terms of ensuring all our learners are compliant with their regulatory requirements. Sometimes being able to identify an attendee or learner who has not attended an event can be difficult but this functionality helps greatly! Having multiple training managers involved within Learn Tracs platform allows us all areas of responsibility to have full visibility through out each person's workflow/task management. From managing budgets across different courses & events easily so that no one area overspends on course fees. The ability to track trainees across multiple locations, with varying levels of access. Very user friendly interface - everything you need in one place. I would like it if there were more options available when setting courses/assessments etc (i.e., different question formats). Also could have used an option to display course details along side assessment results which are then linked together so they can be tracked as part of same overall process.
