I gave 2 stars for water resistance because of the collar of the coat. This is an AMAZING coat. It has a very soft lining which I think will keep my little girl warm during those Midwest winters. The style is so cute and I really like the color, not garish like most dog coats. The fur collar is very stylish. Only downside is there is no belt hole at the top but I just got a front belt with a buckle that goes between the buttons so problem solved. Great price for a cute and functional product. She's a 14 pound pin/chi mix and has a big chest but a small neck so finding the right stuff is usually difficult. It fits perfectly, with a little extra room on the chest to comfortably accommodate seat belts.
