After literally browsing over 30 different shower heads like this one, I settled on this one during Prime Day. Such a great solution! Pros: Very easy to install, seems to be of good quality, great water pressure, really has a calming/rainy feel from the installed head, and the handheld shower head has good options for different water speeds/pressures, the installed head moves and tilts slightly up/down/left/right Cons: only two - 1) You can't use both shower heads at the same time (our old one allowed this/both to feed water at the same time) 2) To switch from a mounted head to a manual one, the lever is on the back mounted head - not that much, but a lower or more front arm would have been a bit better in the design. Overall we LOVE it and have thought about ordering another one for our spare tub! Pro tip: (see image) The packaging shows that the portable head needs to be mounted much lower than the installed head - we intentionally didn't follow those instructions! We set the 'manual' jet to about the same height/height as the installed jet - so you can either leave the hand jet in the holder but you will be affected by a different water pressure, like a regular shower head, or you can take it with you . before use. It also makes cleaning easier as the shower heads are in the same place. The hand held shower head tilts left to right while still in place, which is also a very nice feature (ours is mounted on the left, but we sometimes leave it in the bracket and tilt to the right when we have that kind of pressure in the need comparison to installed head). ) - I hope this makes sense and helps someone else!
