Already decayed

When unpacking I noticed that the stocking is crumpled at the edges. Threads broke while straightening. I've touched up 4 stains already and I'm not really hoping for a way to wash it off. Another problem is that the tack does not hang evenly on the bottom and sides. It should be about 10 inches longer (from the head to the feet of the bed) if you want everything around the bed to be even.
