I ordered these queen size flannel sheets for my queen bed. I have an extra mattress topper on my standard queen mattress. The overall height of my mattress is about 13 inches. The description of this sheet set states that they fit a 6" to 15" mattress. I barely had enough to go around the corners of my 13 inch mattress and the sheet doesn't fall down the sides. The gums are thus exposed along with the sides of the mattress itself. And almost every night the chewing gum breaks on one of the corners. Also, the flat/top sheet is not wide enough to be tucked in on the sides, let alone adequately cover two people in bed at night. These sheets really do fit an 8-10 inch mattress and no bigger. I wish I could finish, but there's more. The sheets were defective, with strange dark threads woven into the flannel. I washed the sheet before putting it on the bed. I followed the label instructions and the sheets came out crumpled and already full of pills. I was expecting peeling over time but not after the first wash. These sheets are not very good quality. Their only plus is that they are warm and comfortable for sleeping during the cold months of the year. That being said, those flannel sheets aren't worth it.
