This stroller is a real Cadillac in the stroller world and damn I don't enjoy every minute in it. Since I initially had children 5 years apart, I assumed I wouldn't need a stroller for both children. Then I started thinking about our much more active lifestyle than when we were 5 years old and how much we are out and about, be it in the city, at the zoo, with family or just to go shopping. By 5 years old they can walk on their own, hold your hands and stay close; However, your little feet get tired after 10 minutes and you end up wearing them in one form or another. I found City Select Lux because my sister in law bought it who is expecting it, the boutique they bought it from recommended if they wanted more than one child rather than switching to a double stroller in a couple of years, buy it now simply a double stroller that converts 1-2. That was great advice! After looking at strollers for 2 kids here and there I realized that my 5 year old daughter (who weighs 49lbs) will not fit in a stroller and I really don't want to buckle her in 5 points when my sister in law mentioned the bench seat for Lux. My eyes rolled from the $90 price tag to the normal $629 price tag for the stroller. And then I opened the box and pulled it out. I was immediately impressed, not only by the "luxury" of the item, but also by the fact that it was super durable and would last our family for a considerable amount of time, whether we have two children or decide to have another. The ease of going from one to two and moving the seats and adapters is incredible. Can't wait for the day we go to the zoo in solo stroller mode when my 5 year old gets tired and wants to ride and all I have to do is move the kid to the bottom bracket to get on the bench I will look to my husband and thank him again for his support in purchasing such a wonderful vehicle for our family! Remember: It's just as hard as the reviewers say. So if you're looking for something to carry around, look elsewhere; They are difficult to fold at first as they get stuck, but I sincerely believe that as I use them more often they will come loose; and the price is steep, but you get what you pay for, and this stroller can literally fit 135lbs of kids (two seats up to 45lbs with a 45lb glide board). is daunting at times, I'm pretty sure if you start having children now it will last you 10 years, you may need a stroller if you have 2 or more children. You will never need a stroller again.
