Worked great on my 2008 Trailblazer. My P0411 DTC has been fixed. Removing the old one and replacing it with this one took no more than 20 minutes. It's easy to find if you look under the car, just under the driver's seat. Three removable screws, two hoses and two electrical connectors. Bam, done. If you start your car from a cold state and don't hear shop vacuum running under it (within the first 10-15 seconds), it's either that or the relay that's wired to it. It comes with a bracket, making it much easier to replace. Now my check engine light is off and I hear the 'shop vacuum' sound for about 10 seconds as the system warms up.
