Bends out of shape easily

I'm trying to decide whether or not to return them. As others have pointed out, you open them up and want them to keep their original shape, but they don't. I'll probably live with that and decide they're "good enough" rather than trying to find better ones; In any case, they're probably all made by the same company. The piece count, finish, and price were all good, but I only wish you could buy products that weren't 3/4 junk.
