I like the look - classic. It reminds me of some Longchamp designs. The size met my expectations and the shape is perfect. This is a great bag for the price. The light cream yellow lining makes it easy to see things inside the bag. My complaints: The hand grips aren't deep enough to swing, especially over the shoulder. over the coat. The included non-adjustable shoulder strap was narrow and a bit short: awkward for carrying this crossbody bag and prone to slipping off the shoulder. (I have an older one that works better) The front clasp is nice, but it's a bit tricky to close with one hand without fumbling because the flap doesn't automatically close at the exact spot. Changing some of them would have resulted in a more expensive bag, but thanks to these improvements it would rise to 5*.
