Like many of the other reviews, I've been using this lip balm for quite some time. The last batch was problematic. One was too soft to even use. The other two were quite soft and didn't seem to stick. I tried putting it in the fridge for a few days but that didn't help. I've never had this problem and haven't found another inexpensive lip balm that I like. So I went back and ordered another batch. So far so good with the replacement. I can't tell if it's fake or the formula has changed for the worse. I mean those who go to the trouble of faking lip balm. How ridiculous is that?!
