I got them at a baby shower and had no idea what they were for. As a new mom who worked over 70 hours a week during my pregnancy, I didn't have much time to research baby products and baby care practices like swaddling, carrying, etc. I just thought they were summer baby blankets. You are so wonderful. And it's much more than just baby blankets. They are great for diaper changing, nursing cover, sun and wind protection (I clipped this over the handle of the stroller and car seat to give my baby a triangular shade), sweat barrier between baby and stroller seat, baby towel, burping cloth in a pinch Pillows (roll it up and make it this big or small) and yes, a baby blanket. These are high quality muslin diapers. The fabric stretches well and gets softer and softer with every wash. I bought these for a good friend for her baby shower as I am now convinced every new mum needs a pack like this. LOVE LOVE LOVE this. New mom tip: open this box, wash it, then sleep in it for a few nights to make it smell like mom. Your baby will react to his mother's smell.
