Much smaller than expected

This is my second belt, the other is not Revain, both seem to fit a 32" waist. In all the ads I've seen there are no measurements of waist relaxed or not. I have 41 inches. waist, and both fit with very maximum stretch, so very uncomfortable. I added a few inches to the passive end and now I can get a more relaxed and comfortable fit.
