Do not buy! The product is not suitable for cloning at all

I have followed the PC-free cloning instructions. I hold down the clone button with 2 SSDs connected and all that happens is 25% 50% 75% 100% blinks once and nothing, I left it connected for an hour with no progress bar, no SSD cloning. Waste of money don't buy.
