When the muslin swaddle stopped working and my baby didn't respond to zip-up diapers, I turned to this blanket and we love it ! It is very soft and large, and the elasticity of the fabric definitely helps to achieve a tighter wrap. Now that my baby is older we continue to use it successfully with the one-handed swaddling technique. I agree with other reviewers that the quilt would be even better if the print was double sided. I docked the star because it's expensive at $25 because it's a big, soft piece of fabric. At the same time, parents are willing to pay anything for their children to sleep better.
