As an IT professional, I have owned and used many headsets. I found this by far the best. First, it's very convenient. Since I use it for work, I find it easier to handle long conference calls and video conferences. Also, other people I called told me how crisp and clear my voice sounded. As I work in a company office they also do an excellent job of reducing/eliminating the outside noise surrounding me. If someone tries to speak to me while I'm wearing them, I can't hear that person at all. I highly recommend them!
