No rating function for customer service, I would give 5 stars for that. When I received the shuttle racquets the quality looked very good. They are very light and the quality of the shuttle is also good. But after playing with one racquet for a week, the string came out. I contacted customer service and they said they don't sell a racquet so they can't just replace a racquet. In connection with this, they returned the money for a racket. But the funny thing is what I'll do with a bat. If I want to buy the same racquet I have to pay again for the full set. As this product is still within the 30 day return period I plan to return it now and purchase another set. Due to the partial refund I am currently unsure if I should be returning the full set or just the working racquet and how my refund will be validated if I return the partial set.
