Leggings with tutu skirt with ruffles Pants from LX7 are the solution to my toddler's wardrobe problems. My girlfriend only wears dresses. When I saw them I just had to try them! They are true to size, my toddler will wear them. It's about to get cold in Illinois, so some issues have been resolved. They are machine washable and go well with clothing or a shirt.
