These showerheads make a high-quality impression right from the start. While the case of the product is plastic, it is a very polished plastic that feels very premium. When I looked at it I honestly thought it was metal until I knocked on it. However, the fitting for attaching the device to the pipeline is metal, and with several layers of tape to seal the threads, I had no leaks even on the first try. The water pressure on this thing is insane. We have a walk in shower in the main bathroom and I have to turn the thing against the wall when I run the water so it doesn't "bounce" off the back wall and spill out of the shower area. Installation Tips: Use PTFE. / Tape to seal the threads by wrapping several layers of tape around the threads of the piping. Screw the shower block on by hand, then use an adjustable wrench to tighten the fitting just to the point where you feel resistance. Don't overdo it with the wrench. Most people only need about 1/4 to 1/2 turn past the point where you can hand tighten. So easy to install. And this simple showerhead is much more efficient (in the sense that it uses a lot less water but still distributes it well enough to provide a good shower) than our old model. This is great for our house because our water heater is quite small and previously couldn't handle a back-to-back shower. Thanks to less hot water per shower, this is now possible! I am very happy with this purchase. This shower head is pretty simple, it only has three modes. There's a typical shower mode with small holes in the outer ring, a high-flow mode that uses slightly larger clusters of holes in the middle layer, and an intense "massage" mode. All three modes have a lot of pressure. The shower head is also mounted on a bearing so that it can be swiveled back and forth easily. Just don't expect fifteen features from this thing that you see on some other "premium" showerheads. Please note that like most modern shower heads, this device uses small rolling ball jets. On one of the two shower heads I ordered that rotates the shower from the outer ring medium jet setting to the medium jet setting, the large holes can smack one or two rotating jets in the outer ring the other way. It doesn't matter because you can use your finger to adjust it back to normal, but if you don't notice that one of the atomizers is out of order, it could spray some water in the direction you were. I dont wait.
