I'm 5'8" tall and a muscular 188lbs with a little tummy pooch and big thighs. I bought a large, but was unsure whether to get large or XL. The large was a little tighter in the midsection than expected. Not uncomfortable so, but if you carry weight in your midsection, I'd go ahead and size up. Shorts and everything else are comfy, though! Can't wait to wear it all summer and purchase more colors!
