Cute, warm and waterproof

Cute, warm and waterproof. Just what I needed for my trip to Wisconsin in December. For my 12lb Shih Tzi with a lot of hair I ordered size XL (weird I know but trust me) and it fits perfectly. He doesn't mind wearing it, but isn't very picky or picky about clothes. He can move around easily while wearing it and looks so cute that I get tons of compliments on it every time we go out. (Sorry for the awkward walk in the video. He's not used to boots yet :D )
