Product comes and goes, but customer service A++!
This is the second time I've ordered these Arlo bindings. The first two worked great. However, this second order is not so good. Only one of the mounts has a magnet strong enough to hold the camera in place. I hope the seller will contact me so I can replace it. ** To update! **Upgraded from 3 stars (for the product) to 5 stars for incredible customer service! All I did was leave this review and today, like magic, a spare set of camera mounts sat on my doorstep! Thank you thank you! Although I often complain about bad customer service, it's VERY nice when it happens!
