Very nice quality item. As soon as I put them in my nipples weren’t sore and sensitive like were before. The metal color is your average barbell color. The picture makes it look like dark metal but it’s not. So keep that in mind if color is important to you. But to me it wasn’t I just needed good jewelry to help with healing.
