Review on Upgraded Blocking Computer Tanlys Bluelight by Kofi Wills

For so much money, the quality surprised me when it arrived. They're not like those cheap reading glasses you buy at the dollar store. The frame has even more to offer and comes in a hard case with a cleaning cloth and a blue light test kit. I wish there were simple instructions on how to use the blue light. My first direct observation of using this product is that I typically only get 4-5 hours of sleep at night. In the last four nights with glasses I've slept 7-8 hours. This has not been the case for many years.
