The ease in which you can create your own tests using this product was really helpful when we started our testing phase. It's also very easy to manage your results within it. I don't dislike anything about it but I do have some suggestions with regards to its user interface. Sometimes i find that it takes me a while to get used to how it operates since there are so many features and options available. This would be perfect if they had more training materials or tutorials about using their products. We're solving problems by providing continuous feedbacks during development phases and improving the overall process and reducing risk factors through early identification of issues.
