They have excellent absorbency but unfortunately the adhesive placement is terrible. As you can see from the picture, there are two sticky pads in the middle of the pad and there is nothing on the edges. This means that every time you move the bra or breastfeed, the pad unfolds and the glue sticks to my nipples. Super annoying! My other complaint is that each pad is individually wrapped in plastic. It seems unnecessarily wasteful and harmful to the planet. My pro tip is to either just slide these pads into your bra without removing the padding (they still move so you don't have to "rip off" the bandage) or just use washable pads, which is my favorite At home.
