My 6 month old son loves them but the advert definitely has some misleading information. "All books have hanging rings" Neither book has hanging rings. And they are different lengths and fabric colors. It's not a big deal for us, but it might bother some people. I've been sewing "All Cotton" for almost 30 years - if these books are made of cotton, then I'm the monkey's uncle. The fabric is most likely polyester and has a texture similar to wildlife parachutes. Light colored? Definitive. Exactly?. ehh, he calls the starfish a pentagon, so probably not. Most of the pages are crumpled but some lack that layer which is disappointing as that's why I wanted these books in the first place but then again not the end of the world. At around $11 they're decent, but I wouldn't give them to anyone else because they look and feel cheap.
