Review on 🔔 Satin Nickel Modern Towel Ring, 6.3-inch Diameter - Amazon Basics by Benjamin Michels

My wife and I recently remodeled our basement bathroom, transforming it from nightmarish wallpaper into a country-style bathroom that even Joanna Gaines would be proud of (okay, maybe not very nice!). I was thinking of spray painting our old ring with a little oil bronze paint and save a few bucks but then I stumbled across this little number on Amazon and thought it was easy for the price! A few days later it arrived in a simple but sturdy box (Go PRIME!) and I went downstairs to install it. Without packaging, the device looks much more expensive than it is. The fit and finish is superb, exceeding my original idea of spray paint on an existing ring and for almost the same price! After marking the location for the two mounting screws, I drilled holes and installed the mounting screws in minutes with no problems. Here's the only downside. The countersunk screw that holds the ring to the mount is VERY small. I have a few small flat head bits but I still had trouble turning the screw, especially as it went deeper into the ring. I don't understand why the screw has to be so small, I marked the bottom of the ring and left a small scratch on the wall in my effort. I would recommend having a flat head small enough to handle clocks and the like. for the locking screw of the ring. I borrowed a fairly small screwdriver from a friend and tightened the screw and it has been sitting in place like a rock for a month. A flathead screwdriver to install before marking your ring or wall like I did! A clear recommendation for anyone who needs a new towel ring.
