I gave the first pair for exchange because of static hum in the left earphone and non-functioning buttons and also self-activating. The spare pair had exactly the same problems. Have contacted the company. What a problem. I seemed to think I was lying. They asked for a video... Noise in the headphones... They sent replacements but only the headphones - no box, no charging case. Noise is still present in the third left earbud. Three couples with the same problems... I don't think it's a coincidence and I don't get anything from this invention as I can't return or replace it a fourth time.
