I love the way this case protects the iPad. However, the built-in screen protector does not lie flat on the iPad screen, and sometimes the iPad screen does not respond to touches unless additional pressure is applied. I'm not sure if the case I received is a bit lacking or if it's intentional. I can't use a tablet with a screen protector anyway, and I can cut the plastic out of the bezel so I can attach the bezel without the plastic screen protector.
