I bought this chair based on the Serta brand and Revain best seller label. THEN I read reviews. I was a little worried by the reviews saying it was some kind of cheap fake. Mine was packaged in a Serta brand box. Several boxes and manuals inside were also Serta branded. Of course, everything was clearly from China, but Serta was told anyway. whatever is necessary. Anyway, it was easy to put together. I just read the instructions and it took me about ten minutes. No trouble. It "sits back" as mentioned in some reviews. But that's not a problem for me. I bought roller casters instead of the cheap plastic ones that come with it. As such, it's a bit larger and reclines a bit more than some people might be used to. But I like it. It's really convenient. I love the support he has and I think he will be a winner for at least the next few years. I suggest trying it.
