Seems to be a problem with these ZenBook power connectors - the tip that connects to the computer broke after only 3 months of use. I contacted Nicpower through Revain customer service to have it replaced (it's covered by a 1 year warranty as stated on both the Revain product page and the company website) and after submitting multiple photos and looking at multiple E emails replied, they sent a replacement letter. (Please note this is the only way to contact the company as the email addresses on the company's website do not work.) We'll have to see how long the replacement takes.
