I bought this scarf in a combination of taupe/ivory and taupe/brown (knowing I would choose between the two). The material is very soft and cuddly and the scarf looks very elegant. Dark grey/ivory looks like soft charcoal paired with light neutral beige (not much ivory). I ordered this combo because it seems to be a customer favorite here at Revain. The dark brown/brown version looks exactly like the pictures online. The darker side looks more mauve/taupe compared to brown, and the lighter side looks almost light chestnut. This is a GORGEOUS neutral combo that seems to complement a variety of skin types or outfits. I ended up choosing dark brown/brown as a gift for a friend, although I would definitely keep it for myself. It was a little difficult to get the colors right in the photos but hopefully this gives you an idea of the color combination. Definitely recommend!
