Big! The perfect complement for your laptop.

Good: Maximum space for productive work on the desktop. Simply click 2-3 windows to view simultaneously - Excellent Colors, Brightness, Contrast - Loudspeakers! Also pretty good - picture in picture mode. Adds a place to place a music player or chat over the workspace. Dual Control works like a virtual KVM switch. Easy installation, durable stand. Sleek and modern looks - Good connectivity with 2 HDMIs, 1 display, 1 mic/phone out - 3 beautiful bezels on 3 sides - Matches well with laptop dock - Vesa mountable - Options menu provides easy access and navigation. Bad: - The stand has only one slope. No height or rotation. - No integrated cable management. - The headphone jack is on the back, which is difficult to access. - Decent performance for casual gaming. Serious gamers might not be impressed. - Does not have PBP (Picture by Picture) mode for screen sharing between two computers. - I can't figure out how to get Night Light (Blue Light Reduction) to work on this as a second monitor. Summary: Don't judge a monitor by my crappy cell phone photos. They don't even come close to that justice. This is an excellent monitor. I've only had this monitor for a day, but so far I'm really enjoying it. I was torn between a pair of 24" or 27" and this was the perfect fit. Hue/brightness/saturation - all ok, a little too much. I had to lower the brightness and saturation slightly to comfortably view windows with light backgrounds. Setting the FPS color profile works best for me. The viewing angles are amazing. DYNAMICS! It's been a while since I've had a monitor with built in speakers and while they aren't the best in the 3 way speaker space they are stereo and fairly loud and clear. It won't replace your home stereo with a subwoofer, but they're more than good enough for casual listening and I'm picky about the sound quality. It's so great that you don't have to fiddle with speaker wires, bluetooth connections and all that crap. Just turn it on and it works. They face down, so if you want to go crazy and put a baffle underneath, you get a cleaner, more direct sound. I don't think I'll bother about it. They are three times better than my laptop speakers. For the office - fantastic! So much space that you can easily multitask at the same time. Keep email, spreadsheets, Spotify, Slack, Zoom, and everything else running at the same time so you don't have to break things down and skip things. It's easy to split the screen into 3-4 parts. Works well with docking station for my laptop. Picture-in-Picture is a game changer and offers even more ways to share real estate. The dual control function is also very good. I have my main pc as a laptop, the second pc as a mac and can easily use dual control and switch between them, same keyboard, same mouse. All I have to do is change the input to HDMI 2 and press CTRL, Rt Arrow to use mouse and keyboard on Mac. Can even copy files up to 2GB in size from PC to Mac without messing around with shares or network permissions. Too simple. To play with - you get what you pay for. It's an IPS panel with great colors but not the fastest response time, and it only runs up to 75MHz so it won't win upgrade races. It would be interesting for casual games. Please note that some games do not run in full screen mode and black bars may appear on the sides. For those who do widescreen - entertainment! Photo editing is a dream. The resolution is high enough to see a lot of detail and you get plenty of space for menus, toolbars, etc. The color reproduction is fantastic. Very easy to see side by side to allow for color matching. No more fiddling around trying to calibrate two monitors to make them look the same. It's only an 8-bit display so the quality isn't super duper professional, but 16M colors will definitely be enough for most applications. If you're looking for a way to increase your screen real estate and don't want to go broke, this is a great option.
