Review on πŸ‘œ Dakine Jo Jo Tote: Stylish and Functional Bag for Everyday Use by Arlene Byrd

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great little holdall with a flaw

Almost perfect bag. It's small enough to be out of the way/easy to carry, but big enough to carry your essentials. I've tried Jive, Jodie and Jo Jo. The jive was very small and good enough if you just want to bring your phone, money and passport. Maybe a candy bar. :) Jody was a bit taller but didn't like the side pocket. Jo Jo was big enough for 4 passports, wallet, phone, tissues and some snacks for 2 kids. The outermost pocket was large enough for a Pixel 2 (the smallest of today's smartphones). The internal zip had no issues with 4 passes which was key to keeping them secure when rummaging in my purse for stuff for the kids. The large pocket was probably big enough for a 7 inch tablet, although I never did. The only thing I had with this bag was the strap. I like the Jive strap - soft, smooth fabric. The strap for Jody was like a luggage strap and too thin - like the bottom straps of a backpack I guess. The strap for the yo-yo was the same width as the luggage strap but was similar to the backpack style so the edges are rough, rough enough to snag thinner shirts. So not very happy about that. You simply must have used the same strap as the jive and that would be perfect.
