We struggled to find a carrycot for our bedroom that we could take on a trip and use in our room before our baby moves to his crib when he gets older ( he is 2 months old). Our baby liked to just sleep in his arms, in a rock and play or on a swing (under our supervision). We LOVE this bassinet. It's big, has a comfortable but strong lining and is very easy to assemble. It packs up beautifully to see the grandparents travel and we love the tote bag. I bought replacement pads to use on the mat and they fit perfectly. It only took our little one two nights to easily fall asleep and sleep in it and now sleeps great on it! I couldn't be happier and expected it to take him a week or more to get used to it as he always wanted to sleep on something with a slight incline. If you have a baby who prefers to sleep on swings or rock and music and you're looking for a safe option that's flat, portable or ideal for your room while breastfeeding at night, this is a great option .
