They are green at first, but as they warm up, which happens even in sub-zero temperatures, they turn the usual yellow colour. Since this is a point combo, care must be taken when mounting and aiming. But they can be used legally on the road, and over 2,000 miles away they don't bother people, unlike bright lights. They are very useful where wildlife is active as they illuminate the roadside. And also shine right in front of you. I have had fog but I have snow and they work better than your regular headlights in heavy snow. NOTE: This top lightbar is not street legal.
