Used continuously for a week. I love this unit. My Apple devices see it as a speaker so I can pass any sound through it. The quality is excellent. The application works, but is not needed after installation. The device is small and does not get hot. I haven't tested optical or Bluetooth, but Wi-Fi up to 1/8 inch sounds very good. A highly recommended solution for analog and non-Wi-Fi enabled mixers and receivers. Update: Almost a year has passed and the device has worked and worked reliably the whole time. Just last week the device dropped my WiFi connection and now it won't stay connected. I tried all the troubleshooting methods suggested by the company and was told they would send me a replacement unit, but the problem is that the replacement unit does not have a new one-year warranty. upset. If the replacement dies with me, I'm SOL.
