My granddaughter loves it
I don't know what other people are talking about and they say it's cheaper than the flimsy construction. I think my 2 year old granddaughter who is gross and clumsy plays with this very well and it is holding up great. Yes, it can tip over if you grab the tire and pull on it. my water is full And I wouldn't advise anyone to hang onto the tires because of course they break out of the shield, it's just not designed for that.
